Cruise Lines and Cruise Ships, and Destinations - I want to go
- Oasis from Royal Caribbean
The largest cruise ship in the world. I plan to go there in 2012. I am planning to organize a group, so let me know, if you are interested.
- Yachts of Seabourn
This is one of the small ships I really look forward to go on. I nearly booked a cruise on one of these ships in December when there was a great price in the Caribbean on December 9, 2009. The problem was that I had to be on a seminar with cruise planners until December 6 and came back in the late afternoon of the day and then went to a concert with the Transibirian Orchestra, a birthday present from my daughter. On the 7th was my birthday and I had to work all day to go through messages, e-mails and other paperwork. I would have had to fly out the next day very early in the morning if I wanted to go, as the flight arrives relativly late and therefore I would have stayed a night in St. Thomas. But that would have been stress and I really want to enjoy Seabourn. This year I have the problem that there are some great deals this spring, but my daughter gets merried on May 1, 2010 and there is a lot to organize until then. Then the ships are in Europe and I already have scheduled a cruise in Europe in October and I really do not like to fly. I plan to try Yachts of Seabourn in the beginning of 2011 and then I will let you know about the experience.
- A Queens Grill Suite on the Queen Mary 2
I love the Queen Mary and travelled three times on this great ship. I am looking for a week on QM2 when I find a price that I can afford. It must be a great experience. Soon I will provide you with more information about the Queens Grill Suites.
- World Cruise
I would love to go on a world cruise. The problem is that I am still working and I cannot leave the office for three months. I plan to start my retirement in 8 or 10 years with a world cruise - but I might never retire, as I like to work. In this case I will take several parts of a world cruise and spread it out over several years. If you cannot or do not want to take the world cruise in one part, it is a great idea to take one or two segments per year. On many world cruise segments I can book you into Mariner's Club Groups from American Express with cabin credit and a special shore excursion.
